"평신도를 깨운다" 제자훈련 지도자 세미나

​

21세기, 새로운 목회 환경 속에서 한국 교회를 비롯한 세계 교회는 새로운 대안을 찾기 위해 분주합니다.
연일 새로운 주제의 세미나가 열리고 수많은 사람들이 이곳저곳으로 답을 찾아다니고 있습니다. 이러한 현상은 '위기'라는 공통적인 인식에서 비롯된 것입니다.위기 극복을 위해 이루어지고 있는 다양한 시도들과 여러 제안들을 정리해 보면, '건강한 교회'라는 주제로 묶을 수 있습니다. 그런데, '건강한 교회'를 향한 일련의 움직임들은 사실 초대교회부터 비롯된 것입니다.

예수 그리스도와 그의 사도들이 교회의 초석을 놓는 순간부터 '건강한 교회'를 향한 사역이 시작되었다고 해야할 것입니다. 1986년부터 시작되어 지금까지 진행되어 온 제자훈련 지도자 세미나는 바로 지상의 교회가 그동안 잃어버렸던 이 부분을 회복하기 위한 끊임없는 노력이었습니다.
이 세미나가 갖는 가장 큰 특징은 참석자들이 본 세미나를 통해 '교회와 목회현장을 바라보는 새로운 패러다임'과 만나게 된다는 데 있습니다.

이 세미나에서는 제자훈련 목회로의 전환이 갖는 의미의 가치, 필요성과 철학부터 목회 현장에 실제 적용할 때 필요한 실질적인 원리와 단계적 전략에까지의 강의가 실습과 함께 이루어집니다.

“Awakening the Laity” Discipleship Training Leaders’ Seminar

 

The churches around the world are busy seeking a new approach in new ministry settings since entering into the 21st century. Many people are looking for answers by attending the latest seminars on various topics. This kind of phenomenon stems from the common perception of a “crisis.” If we summarize the various approaches and suggestions made to overcome this crisis, they are all efforts to build a “healthy church.” However, the series of movements towards a “healthy church” actually started from the early churches.

 

We can say that the movement towards building a “healthy church” started from the moment Jesus and the Apostles laid down the very first stone of the church. From 1986, Discipleship Training Leaders’ Seminar has been a ceaseless effort to restore what has been lost in the churches over the years. One of the distinct characteristics of this conference is that the participants gain a new perspective of the church and the field of ministry through the seminars. This conference consists of lectures on the meaning, value, and necessity of transitioning to the discipleship training ministry model. Also, there are sessions and hands-on practice on the practical methods and strategies when applying it in the actual ministry field.

  Awakening the laity is the solution and the hope of the 21st century church. The laity has much potential to be awakened for the church.

• A church that excels in discipleship training has a healthy constitution.
  The effectiveness of discipleship training in improving the constitution of the church has been proven by the essential teachings in the Bible, by fruit in the ministry fields over the years, and also by systematic research and analysis done on the field.

 

• This conference is a collaborative effort to create something better.
  It includes lectures that have been developed from Pastor Oak’s 30 years of passionate discipleship and the opportunity to observe and practice discipleship on the ministry field of Sa-Rang Church.
